The Site may include forms, email links, and phone numbers for submitting product inquiries and quote requests. Submitting an inquiry does not constitute an order and does not create a binding agreement. All orders must be confirmed separately through JES Lighting's standard order process.
Information you provide through the Site (contact details, project descriptions, product preferences) will be used solely to respond to your inquiry and will be handled in accordance with our Privacy practices described below.
This Site does not display product pricing. All pricing is provided through direct quotes from JES Lighting based on your specific configuration, quantities, and project requirements.
Product availability and lead times are subject to change. Contact your JES sales representative for current pricing and availability.
No purchases are made through this Site. All orders must be submitted in writing (email, fax, or purchase order) and are not binding until acknowledged by JES Lighting in writing. JES reserves the right to correct typographical or clerical errors in any quotation, acknowledgment, or invoice.
There is no minimum order quantity for standard configurations. The following items require minimum quantities:
Standard lead time is 4–8 weeks. Lead time is confirmed with written order acknowledgment.
Quick Ship finishes (Cream, Midnight, Silver Champagne) and in-stock shade colors can reduce lead time. Contact us for current production schedules.
All orders ship FOB Milwaukee, WI. Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier.
Standard packaging is included at no additional charge. Special packaging, crating, or white-glove delivery requests may incur additional charges.
JES will make commercially reasonable efforts to meet estimated delivery dates but is not liable for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.
Buyer must inspect all shipments upon arrival. Visible damage must be noted on the carrier's delivery receipt at the time of delivery.
All damage or shortage claims must be reported to JES Lighting within 5 business days of receipt, accompanied by photographs and the original packing slip number. Failure to report within this period may void the claim.
JES will coordinate replacement or repair at no charge for validated claims.
May be returned within 30 days of receipt in original, unused condition and original packaging, subject to a 25% restocking fee. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from JES prior to return shipment. Return freight is the buyer's responsibility.
Custom orders (custom colors, DS3 shades, custom shapes) are non-returnable and non-cancellable once production has begun.
Order modifications or cancellations for standard products must be received in writing within 48 hours of order acknowledgment.
JES Lighting warrants all products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use:

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modifications, damage caused by improper cleaning agents, or exposure to conditions outside the product's intended use.
JES's sole obligation under this warranty is, at its option, to repair or replace the defective product or component. Labor and installation costs are not covered.
JES reserves the right to suspend shipments on accounts with past-due balances.
This Site and all content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. JES Lighting does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
In no event shall JES Lighting be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use this Site or any products purchased through interactions initiated on this Site. JES's total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
JES shall not be liable for delays or failure in performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, labor disputes, supply chain disruptions, government actions, pandemics, or natural disasters.
When you submit an inquiry, request a quote, or contact us through this Site, we collect only the information you provide (such as name, email address, phone number, and project details). This information is used solely to respond to your request and to follow up on potential business opportunities.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
